# Rotazo

> Rotazo is software for the manager who staffs shifts in a US small business: a free rotating schedule generator that lays out a pattern for a crew from the shift length, the days on and off in the cycle and the people needed per shift, with no account, and Rotazo Pro, which keeps the published schedule as the record, holding every version, every swap and call-out, and every person's hours. It covers the US shift schedule only. It is not a UK rota tool, not a job dispatch or appointment system, not a time clock, not payroll, and it gives no legal opinion on hours or pay.
